Every autumn, London opens its festive season with a series of inspiring events. Following the Spirit of Summer Fair, the year 2025 brings an equally bright celebration – the Spirit of Christmas Fair.

The Spirit of Christmas Fair 2025 will once again showcase an impressive selection of creators and independent producers from London and across the UK. Organisers expect more than 55,000 visitors between 3 and 9 November . Continuing its long tradition, the Spirit of Christmas Fair will take place at Olympia London, bringing together over 600 independent brands. This event creates an atmosphere where designer gifts, gourmet discoveries and unique accessories meet the elegant anticipation of Christmas.

At the fair, you will find everything – from home decorations and fashion to rare chocolates and British delicacies. In 2025, a quarter of all exhibitors will be new, introduced within the Rising Stars of Spirit section. Each hall of Olympia represents its own lifestyle, carefully designed and curated. The Spirit of Christmas Fair will take place across three main halls – Olympia Grand, Olympia National and Olympia West. The convenient location near Kensington (Olympia) Underground station makes it easy for visitors to arrive from any part of London.

Venue and Schedule of Spirit of Christmas Fair

The Olympia Exhibition Centre is one of London’s most renowned event venues, located at Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX. From 3 to 9 November, it will host the fair on the following schedule:

Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 - 18:00
Thursday (Late Night Shopping): 10:00 — 21:00
Friday, Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00
Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00

The culinary areas of Spirit 2025 deserve special attention. The new partner of the fair, chef Kate Austen - known for Great British Menu – has prepared a seasonal all-day menu. Guests will enjoy dishes of modern British cuisine, traditional afternoon tea and Louis Roederer champagne tastings. This is where shopping and gastronomy merge into one festive ritual.
