Taj, the Indian hospitality and hotel brand, has announced the launch of a new bar and restaurant at the St. James\u2019 Court hotel London, 51 Buckingham Gate in central London called TH@51. <\/h1>\n

The TH@51 cocktail menu was created by Riccardo Lupacchini, a former bartender at The Rosewood Hotel. Each drink on the menu is inspired by a different ecosystem, and a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to a charity that supports sustainability.
\nThe drink menu includes El Camino, a desert-inspired cocktail made with Casamigos Blanco Tequila, mesquite, pineapple tepache, agave, grapefruit, and tamarillo; Breath of Fresh Air, a mountain-themed cider made with Ginepraio, pine cordial, Swiss herbs, gentian, juniper, and elderflower; & Glowing Jelly, a cocktail inspired by the sea that combines Ketel One Vodka, sea fennel, orange liqueur, and glowing powder.<\/p>\n
