\nThe street-level outdoor cafe, which views the lush Portman Square, serves Nobu classics. Cocktails are inspired by shun, a Japanese word with no direct translation that refers to the practice of eating natural food at its peak season. The Roku Japanese Gin Garden opened at the end of April, coinciding with Japan’s gon Shkan, a week of national holidays.<\/p>\n
