Manchester taxi drivers helped the victims during the terrorist attack.
Despite the general chaos and panic, some residents of Manchester have postponed all business to help those who are stuck in Manchester Arena on a terrible night of the terrorist attack. Among these people were several taxi drivers who turned off their counters, and the whole night they took the victims home or to hospitals.
One of these taxi drivers was AJ, who put the sign “Free Taxi” on the windshield of his car, as soon as he found out about what had happened.

“I met people who could not find their loved ones and tossed them to the nearest hospital. They did not have the money to pay, and public transport was no longer working, “said AJ Singh in an interview with Channel 4 News. “We must show to those who organized the attack that this will not change anything because we are always ready to help each other when necessary.” In addition to taxi drivers, hundreds of residents of Manchester opened the doors of their homes for those who could not get to the house. And the city’s hotels even provided free numbers for the victims. Many of the 21,000 Ariana Grande concert attendees came to the event from different parts of the country, so they had nowhere to stay after the tragedy.
