London City Airport (LCY) in the UK today released a new video to welcome back and support passengers as they resume travelling through the airport this summer. It has timed the release to coincide with what it calls building momentum at the airport at the start of the summer holiday season, with more international flights and destinations on offer from LCY now than for quite some time. The new video also comes on the back of the airport’s busiest week of the year, with over 15,000 passengers travelling through London City, a 35% increase on the previous week. Callow Hall has been transformed by interior designer Isabella Worsley, who previously worked alongside Firmdale Hotels’ designer and founder, Kit Kemp. Celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo will open an upmarket Italian restaurant at the ME London hotel on the Strand later this month. This follows two recent restaurant openings at both INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester & Newcastle. With another restaurant & 360 Sky Bar due to open at INNSiDE by Meliá in Liverpool in early August 2021.
